PREAMBLE

The following general conditions of sale govern all the transactions established on the web catalog.

The services of WGO / SMMAD are governed by these Terms and Conditions of Sale, unless otherwise specifically agreed with the Customer, where the Terms and Conditions of Sale will be negotiated.

As a result, the Customer may only order products or services if you agree to the terms and conditions set out below. The following General Conditions of Sale governing all the transactions established on the catalog of services sold online via the this website. Any order placed on this online sales area requires prior consultation and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions.

ARTICLE 1: object OF THE CONTRACT

This contract is a distance contract which aims to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of products and services related to stays, travel, transfers, excursions and all other touristic services offered by WGO / SMMAD on Internet.

ARTICLE 2: CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE SITE

the Customer must be legally able to contract and use this website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The Customer guarantees the veracity and accuracy of the information provided by himself or by any other third party using his data on the Site. Thus, he is financially responsible for the use of the website made both in his name and on behalf of third parties, except to demonstrate fraudulent use resulting from no fault or negligence on his part.

Any fraudulent use of this site contravening these General Conditions, will justify at any time, the refusal to access the services offered or any other feature of the site.

Any Customer acknowledges having read these conditions of sale and all the terms of the proposal before placing his order. Therefore, the application entails your complete adhesion to our General Conditions of Sale. Any derogation to the benefit of the Customer will not bring any novation to these conditions. The total or partial nullity of any clause of these Conditions does not entail nullity of their other dispositions.

ARTICLE 3: BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION

The Customer can order the services offered on the Website directly online after validating these Terms and Conditions of Sale. The Customer performs a search that will result the communication of one or more offers of services corresponding to his request and / or the Customer consults the offers on the site.

After having selected the product, the Customer has the choice to pay directly or to put his selection in the basket, which corresponds to the Customer space on which he finds all the reservations and purchases he wishes to make.

A product in Cart does not constitute a reservation, the reservation is effective from the moment of payment of the service and the Voucher and / or invoice is given to the Customer by email or on the website.

 ARTICLE 4: CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT / TRANSFER

Travel times are indicated in days, including the day of departure (from the time of convocation to the airport) and arrival at the return whatever the schedule, the time of transport and the number nights actually spent on the place. The duration of the terrestrial services can be modified for reasons due to the transport or to cases of force majeure without giving rise to compensation or reimbursement. The conditions and cancellation fees are indicated on each of the cancellable products. The right to cancel or modify a booked travel product or service and the procedure to be followed depend on the specific fare rules or general conditions of hotels, airlines and any other travel suppliers. The Customer may not be able to cancel or modify ordered products or services or be required to meet specific requirements. Processing fees may be charged to the Customer.

For any cancellation or modification request, an email must be sent to: Reservations@compactevent.ma. If this cancellation is imposed by circumstances of force majeure or due to the safety of travelers, the Customer can not claim any compensation. If the cancellation is due to an insufficient number of participants, the Customer can not claim any compensation. In some cases the service may be maintained despite the shortage of participants for a surcharge that will be requested from the Customer.

ARTICLE 5: PHOTOS AND ILLUSTRATIONS

The best efforts are made to provide photos and illustrations giving the Customer a faithful overview of the services offered. These photos and illustrations are intended to indicate to the user the category of accommodation or the degree of comfort. These photos are for illustrative purposes and have no contractual value of the nature of the comfort, the equipment or the landscape visited.

ARTICLE 6: PROMOTION

It is possible that for an identical trip or stay, our participants have paid different prices. Customers who have paid the normal rate can not benefit from a retroactive refund. It should be noted that discounts can not be combined with any other promotional offer.

ARTICLE 7: ACCOMMODATION

We reserve the right for technical reasons, force majeure or third parties, to substitute the hotel provided for an establishment of the same category. Our prices are contractual rates. It is therefore impossible to take into account certain promotional rates practiced on the spot on certain dates, consequently, we will not take into account any claim or request for refund. The descriptions are carefully drafted, however they have no contractual value and we can not be held responsible for any changes in the meantime. The number of meals depends on the number of nights spent at the hotel. The full board starts with the dinner of the first night and ends with the breakfast of the last night. Half-board includes breakfast and one meal a day (dinner in general). Beverages are included only when specifically mentioned. These meals can be provided as well during a trip to a local restaurant, a picnic or at the stage lodging. Children under 2 years old do not have an adult bed in the hotels. The "double rooms to share" are offered subject to a person agreeing to share. Failing an individual room supplement should be paid

 

ARTICLE 8: ORGANIZED TRAVEL TRANSPORT

Schedules, type of aircraft, company names, routes, airports of departure and arrival are provided for information only, they can be modified without notice even during the trip. These modifications as well as any technical incident, accident, delay, cancellation, strike, additional stopover, fortuitous events, political, social, cultural, climatic, because of third or force majeure could not give right to cancellation of the trip without expenses, nor no compensation and we would have to bear no consequence of any type in particular the assumption of costs of pre or post shipment.

In case of modification of the schedules of the means of transport because of the carrier, in particular in the case of special flights, so called "charter" and "lowcost" flights our responsibility can be committed only if this modification exceeds 48 H. In the hypothesis or modification is linked to a case of force majeure, the delay of 48 H begins to run from the moment when the case of force majeure has disappeared. In the event that the deadline of 48 H is exceeded, our liability will be limited to a lump sum and discharge equal to the value of the terrestrial services, in proportion to the time of overtaking by indivisible period of 24 h, whatever the possible financial consequences for the passenger. Baggage is normally carried for free up to 20 kg per person occupying a seat, which excludes children under 2 years. This deductible being reduced on certain companies it is recommended not to exceed 15 Kg. The surpluses are taxed according to the tariffs applicable to the individual passengers, at the expense of the passenger. Any lost or damaged registered baggage must be declared by the passenger to the airline and possibly insurance if additional baggage insurance has been taken out.

Children under 2 years old do not have a seat on the plane. Unaccompanied children under 15 are refused.

Any lost or stolen tickets will not be refunded and must be repurchased by the Customer. All consequences of these losses, theft or non-use will be at his expense. The Customer is required to reconfirm on site his return flight reservation. Otherwise, he would lose the benefit of his reservation and his ticket without being e0ntitled to compensation. Animals are not accepted in our travels.

ARTICLE 9: PRICE

To pay for your order, you choose the payment method among those offered by WGO / SMMAD at the level of the payment page.

In this case, the delivery of the transaction for debiting your account is made within one day of the date of the delivery confirmation.

Your Multi-channel payments are secured by the Center Monétique Interbancaire (CMI) which offers a fully secure payment service.

The Consumer guarantees to WGO / SMMAD that he has the necessary authorizations to use the method of payment chosen by him, during the validation of the Purchase Order.

In case of payment by credit card, the provisions relating to the fraudulent use of the means of payment provided for in the agreements concluded between the Consumer and the issuer of the card between WGO / SMMAD  and its banking institution apply.

Proof of transactions paid by credit card

The data recorded by the CMI on the Multi-channel payment platform on behalf of WGO / SMMAD constitute a proof of all commercial transactions between you and WGO / SMMAD.

The descriptions of the Services presented on the website  specify, for each Service, the elements included in the price.

Prices are quoted in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) with the possibility of conversion into Euro, US Dollar or GBP at the average exchange rate for the period.

In addition, in general, and unless expressly stated otherwise, are not included in the prices, the possible governmental taxes not in force on the day of the inscription, the insurances complementary to our civil liability as described hereafter, the airport taxes, visa fees, personal expenses (drinks, supplements, laundering, telephone, fax, bonds for the loan of various materials, ...), excess baggage, sureties, fees or penalties incurred a contravention of the laws of the countries concerned, excursions not mentioned in the registration, tips and generally all services not listed on the Voucher. Travel times are indicated in days, including the day of departure (from the time of convocation to the airport) and arrival at the return whatever the time, the time of transport and the number nights actually spent on the spot. The duration of the terrestrial services can be modified for reasons due to the transport or to cases of force majeure without giving rise to compensation or reimbursement. We reserve the right to revise our prices in the event of a significant increase in the cost of transportation, royalties, insurance, taxes and exchange rates between the day of registration and departure. The revision would intervene by passing on only the extra cost that we would have to bear.

ARTICLE 10: PAYMENT

Payment for the online services shall be made in accordance with the following terms:

WGO / SMMAD also allows the Customer to pay cash on the spot at Check In with a bank guarantee. It should be remembered, however, that WGO / SMMAD is itself financially committed from the moment of the order to its provider. As of now and in order to avoid any payment default, the Customer undertakes to respect the following procedure:
